What Anime is:

Anime (アニメ?, an abbreviated pronunciation in Japanese of "animation", pronouned [anime] ( listen) in Japanese, but typically /ˈænɪmeɪ/ or /ˈænɪmə/ in English) is animation originating in Japan. The rest of the world regard anime to be "Japanese animation". Anime originated about 1917.

Anime, like manga (Japanese comics), is extremely popular in Japan and well known throughout the world. Distributors can release anime via television broadcasts, directly to video, or theatrically, as well as online.

What Manga is:

Manga (in kanji 漫画; in hiragana まんが; in katakana マンガ?, Manga.ogg listen (English: /ˈmɑːŋɡə/) consist of comics and print cartoons (sometimes also called komikku コミック​), in the Japanese language and conforming to the style developed in Japan in the late 20th century. In their modern form, manga date from shortly after World War II, but they have a long, complex pre-history in earlier Japanese art.

Do not start topics about popular Anime/Manga in the "others" section, that are already in an appropriate sub-forum.

There is a Naruto sub-forum, but you posted a Naruto in the "others" section.
